Feature:

1.Embedded Industrial PC, high definition touch screen interface, PLC control, and instant profile analysis function. Real-time settings and actual temperature profile display can be used to analyzed and correct parameters if necessary.

● 嵌入式工控电脑，Windows系统，高清触摸屏人机界面，实时温度监控，并具有开机密码保护和修改功能,可同时显示4-6条温度曲线和存储多组用户数据，且有瞬间曲线分析功能. 实时显示设定和实测温度曲线，并可对曲线进行分析纠正。

● 采用加热系统和贴装头一体化结构设计，PLC控制，步进电机驱动，丝杆传动，线性滑轨使X、Y、Z三轴皆可做精细微调或快速定位，实现拆卸、贴装、焊接的智能化控制，具备自动拆焊和自动焊接功能；

● 采用三温区独立控温，上下热风 ,底部红外，三个温区独立控温，加热时间、温度、曲线等全部在触摸屏上显示；

● 采用高精度K型热电偶闭环控制和PID参数自整定系统及温度自动补偿系统，并结合PLC和温度模块实现对温度的精准控制，保持温度偏差在±2℃.同时外置测温接口实现对温度的精密检测，实现对实测温度曲线的精确分析和校对.

● PCB板定位采用V字型槽，定位快捷、方便、准确，满足不同PCB板排版方式及不同大小PCB板的定位.

● 灵活方便的可移动式万能夹具对PCB板起到保护作用，防止PCB边缘器件损伤及PCB变形，并能适应各种BGA封装尺寸的返修.

● 配备多种规格合金风嘴，该风嘴可360度任意旋转定位，易于安装和更换；

● 采用高清可调CCD彩色光学视觉系统，具分光双色、放大、微调、自动对焦、自动校正.并配有自动色差分辨和亮度调节装置.可手动/自动调节成像清晰度；在对位过程中，可将光学镜头前后左右自由移动，全方位观测BGA芯片的对位状况，保证对位的精确度，并可防范和杜绝“观测死角”的问题产生；

● X、Y轴和R角度均采用千分尺微调，对位精度可达±0.01MM，并配高清液晶显示器,完全避免人为作业误差.

● 8段升(降)温+8段恒温控制，可海量存储温度曲线，在触摸屏上即可进行曲线分析、设定和修正 ；

● 配置声控“提前报警”功能.在拆卸、焊接完成前5-10秒以声控方式警示作业人员作相关准备；同时在拆卸、焊接完成后采用大流量横流风扇自动/手动对PCB板进行冷却，防止PCB板变形，保证焊接效果.

● 内置真空泵，Φ角度60°旋转，千分尺精密微调贴装吸嘴，无需气源。

● 经过CE认证，设有急停开关和突发事故自动断电保护装置.
