本产品为我公司专利产品(专利号为:ZL201420052341.9)采用高能高臭氧UV紫外线光束、氧化反应催化剂、高能离子发生器组合工艺来降解恶臭气体(有机废气),改变恶臭气体如:氨、三甲胺、硫化氢、甲硫氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳和苯乙烯,硫化物H2S、VOC类,苯、甲苯、二甲苯的分子链结构,使有机或无机高分子恶臭化合物分子链,通过高能紫外线光束照射、催化剂的氧化反应、正氧离子的氧化反应,降解转变成低分子化合物,如CO2、H2O等。
应用范围:对焊接,抛光,切割,打磨等工序中产生的烟尘而设计的,具有净化效率高、噪声低、使用灵活、占地面积小等特点。
该装置通过风机引力作用,废尘气体经万向吸罩吸入设备进风口,设备进封口处设有阻火器,火花经阻火气即被阻留,烟尘气体进入沉降室,利用重力与上行气流,首先将粗粒直接降至灰斗,微粒烟尘被滤筒捕集在外面,洁净气体经滤筒过滤净化后,由滤筒中心流入洁净室,通过吸附装置经出风口排出。
基本原理
1、利用微孔活性物质对溶剂分子或分子团的吸附力,当工业废气通过吸附介质时,有机溶剂被“阻留”,从而使有机废气得到净化处理。
2、据分子热运动原理,从外界加给吸附体系热能,提高了被吸附分子或分子团的热运动能量,当分子热运动力足以克服吸附力时,有机溶剂分子便从吸附体系“争脱”出来,吸附介质得到再生。
3、A、B、C三组吸附器,循环进行吸附、饱和、脱附与再生过程。
4、机溶剂存在的状态取决于环境温度和压力,从吸附器脱附出来的有机
溶剂在高温状态下所受的压力低于或接近对应温度下的饱和蒸汽分压力,处于气体状态。经过冷凝器使其温度降低,与此温度相对应的饱和蒸汽压力也随之降低,系统中的压力高于有机溶剂蒸汽分压力,使有机溶剂凝结为液态。溶剂与凝结水混合液自流进入分离器,利用溶剂与水的比重差及重力分离原理,从分离器中回收有机溶剂,凝结水经曝气处理后排放。
