　　该工艺与产品具有结构简单、能耗低、净化效率高 和适用范围广的特点，酸雾废气由风管引入净化塔，经过填料层，废气与氢氧化钠溶液进行气液两相充分接触吸收中和反应，酸雾废气经过净化后，再经除雾板脱水除雾后由风机排入大气。吸收液在塔底经水泵增压后在塔顶喷淋而下，最后回流至塔底循环使用。


　　特点：


　　玻璃钢酸雾净化塔采用填料塔对废气进行净化，适合于连续和间歇排放废气的治理；工艺简单，管理操作及维修相当方便简洁，不会对车间的生产造成任何影响；适用范围广，可同时净化多种污物；压降较低，操作弹性大，且具有很好的除雾性能；塔体可根据实际情况采用FRP/PP/PVC等材料制作；填料采用高效、低阻的鲍尔环，可彻底地去除气体中的异味、有害物质等。


　　构造：


　　玻璃钢酸雾净化塔分单塔体和双塔体。采用圆形塔体，用法兰分段联接而成。具体由贮液箱、塔体、进风段、喷淋层、填料层、旋流除雾层、出风锥帽、观检孔等组成。


　　用途：


　　玻璃钢酸雾净化塔可广泛应用于化工、电子、冶金、电镀、纺化纤)、食品、机械制造等行业过程中排放的酸、碱性废气的净化处理。如调味食品、制酸、酸洗、电镀、电解、蓄电池等。

　　废气净化塔工作原理


　　废气净化设备的选型，是根据废气的性质、处理量和处理的要求来确定的。确保废气污染物的排放，建立无害型清洁生产工艺是我们的目标。为此，在选择治理设备时应做到优化组合，构成一个效率高，费用省，能耗低的处理工艺流程。


　　废气处理设备的工作原理是将气体中的污染物质分离出来，转化为无害物质，以达到净化气体的目的。它属于微分接触逆流式，塔体内的填料是气液两相接触的基本构件。它能提供足够大的表面积，对气体流动又不致造成过大的阻力。吸收剂是处理废气的主要媒体，它的性质和浓度是根据不同废气的性质来选配，其处理单位气体的耗用量，是通过计算吸收剂与惰性气体的摩尔流量的比值来确定的。


　　废气由风管吸入，自下而上穿过填料层；循环吸收剂由塔顶通过液体分布器，均匀地喷淋到填料层中，沿着填料层表面向下流动，进入循环水箱。由于上升气流和下降吸收剂在填料中不断接触，上升气流中流质的浓度越来越低，到塔顶时达到排放要求。
