Deep red with purple hues， a mixture of ripe berry aromas with a hint of cream venture forth on first impression. The full soft palate displays good berry fruit characters， black cherry， raspberry and plum， finishing with good length.  

深厚红色透出一丝紫色，成熟果子的香味中散发出丰富的奶酪味。口感饱满柔顺，带出浆果丰富果味，有黑莓，覆盆子和李子味，回味持久。

SERVING  /  饮用建议

This wine is great with just about any meat dish and fantastic with pizza.

适宜搭配各种肉类料理和比萨。

The grapes were picked at night to make sure that they were as cool as pssible. Crushed to modern rotary fermenters the grapes were then allowed to macerate for 2 days before inoculation and fermentation. Pressed off skins 7 days later and allowed to go through the second malolactic fermentation. The wine has then had minimal handling prior to filtration for bottling on the Angove Family Estate.

于夜间采摘葡萄保持其冷却状态。把葡萄压碎，发酵前置于发酵桶中浸泡2天。压皮7天后进行二次乳酸发酵。储存在小橡木桶中，西班牙葡萄酒，过滤装瓶前只进行轻微处理。

TASTING NOTES/产品特征

This wine is deep red in colour， with some purple hues. Ripe berry and plum fruit aromas with notes of spice and pepper dominate the nose. On the palate rich ripe black berries and plums precede fine soft smooth tannins and a good length of fruit. Some vanillin and toast characters provide a well balanced finish.

深红色透着点点紫色。散发出成熟浆果和李子的香味，干红葡萄酒怎么喝，带着一点点辛香和胡椒味。口感醇厚，有成熟黑莓和李子味，带出丹宁的细腻柔和以及持久果香。香草和烤土司的风味使得回味完美平衡。

This Shiraz is the perfect accompaniment to your favorite steak or pasta dish.
