Picked early to take advantage of the cool season and accentuate the herbaceous aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc， the grapes were macerated for a short period on skins before being gently pressed. Cool fermentation using yeast selected to liberate aromatics produced a lovely crisp fresh wine which has lots of moreish flavour.

利用凉爽季节提早采摘，凸显长相思的草本香气。葡萄带皮短暂浸泡一段时间后压榨。为了释放葡萄香气，雷司令葡萄酒，精选酵母进行冷发酵，意大利葡萄酒，使得此款葡萄酒口感清新，香气令人陶醉。

TASTING NOTES/产品特征

Pale straw with attractive green hues. Herbaceous and tropical characters leap from the glass with some lime and lemon aromas following. Clean crisp清新的 flavours of tropical fruits abound with some light gooseberry /herbaceous notes and a long full clean finish.

麦秆黄透出点点迷人绿色。草本和热带气息浓厚，伴着酸橙和柠檬香气。口感富有热带水果的纯净清新，丰富的醋栗和草本气息，回味完整悠长。

The grapes were picked from the Stoeckel Vineyard， a small block planted in 1986 in the heart of the McLaren Vale region.

Winemaking/葡萄酒酿造

Picked in mid March， at 12.1 Baume， the grapes were crushed and the first free run juice was transferred to Selected French oak barrels for inoculation and fermentation. Coopered in

Burgundy， they were chosen， and included a combination of first，干红葡萄酒怎么喝， second and third fill barrels.

Following the primary alcoholic fermentation， the barrels were topped up and sealed. Weekly stirring of the light lees resulted in the development of more complex and rich flavours.，葡萄酒， whilst regular tasting ensured a delicate and satisfying balance between fresh fruit and oak characters was achieved. The wine was racked clean from barrel and stabilised before bottling on our family estate.

三月中旬采摘葡萄，将压榨后的自流酒导入精选法国橡木桶中进行发酵，随着酒精发酵的不断进行，橡木桶被葡萄汁装满后密封。每周搅拌葡萄汁让沉淀的酒渣与酒液充分接触来萃取更加丰富的口感，同时不断的品酒待葡萄酒品质达到理想状态，清新的果味与微妙的橡木香达到完美平衡。再将葡萄酒进行澄清与稳定，最终酒庄装瓶。

Colour : Pale yellow with green hues.

Aroma : White peach， lemon peel and smoky French oak.

Flavour : Crisp acid lifts the palate， while a soft creamy texture gives length followed by a clean fresh finish.

口感：爽脆的酸度，奶油般顺滑的口感，收尾清新持久。
