WINE-MAKING/葡萄酒酿造

Cold maceration， alcoholic fermentation at low temperature，潍坊进口葡萄酒， successive extractions to minimize the filtrations on wines and drop priority matter. Matured in oak barrels between 10 and 12 months.

低温浸渍与发酵，成功的在过滤过程中提取出上佳原酒，再置于橡木桶中陈酿10-12个月。

TASTING NOTES/产品特征

Colour : Red color with purple glint.

Nose :  Powerful and complex nose，烟台进口葡萄酒， with scents of red fruits and spices.

Palate : The attack is nice and structured， with flavors of cherry and vanilla. The finish is long and pleasant.

色泽：宝石红色泽中透出点点紫色。

香气：浓郁复杂，进口葡萄酒知识，散发着红色水果和香料的气息。

口感： 入口可品尝到樱桃和香草的味道，进口葡萄酒鉴别，结构饱满，回味悠长。

SERVING/饮用建议

Enjoyed it with game， a piece of red meat or a cheese platter.
