Picked late at night to harvest the grapes as cold as ossible the grapes were transported to the winery and pressed using modern tank presses. After cold setting the clear juice was carefully racked to cooled fermentation tanks and inoculated with selected yeasts. Cool fermentation was followed by minimal handling filtration and bottling at the Angove winery.

在夜间采摘后保持其冷却状态运到酒厂，法国葡萄酒，将葡萄压碎，在寒冷的环境中将澄清的葡萄汁运至冷却发酵罐内，并放入精选酵母。低温发酵，在安戈瓦酒庄装瓶前只进行轻微过滤。

TASTING NOTES/产品特征

Color: Pale straw in color with green hues.

Aroma: Aromas of citrus， guava， and passionfruit with delicate herbal notes.

Flavor: The alluring palate entices the senses further with tropical fruit characters and a clean， fresh finish.

颜色：明亮的麦秆黄反射出微微绿色光晕。

香气：柑橘，番石榴，西番莲和与细腻的花草的香气。

口感：口感诱人，葡萄酒，入口有热带水果的味道，收尾干净清新。

SERVING/饮用建议

A Thai Chicken salad.

适合搭配泰国鸡肉沙拉。

Deep， brooding intense purple in colour， the aromas of this wine are typical of the variety and the region. Bitter chocolate and thyme combine with French oak and liquorice to produce a complex and intriguing wine.

深邃的紫红酒色，经典的香气。巧克力、百里香、甘草、橡木桶气息混合出了一款复杂迷人的葡萄酒。

The palate is tight and sinuous with unbelievable length and outstanding finish.

口感紧致，回味难以置信的悠长和出色。

This wine will cellar well for up to 25 years.

陈年能力可达到25年。

THE STORY

As Angove Family Winemakers celebrates its 125th anniversary， it is the perfect time to commemorate the event with the release of a new super premium Shiraz. The release dutifully recognizes the founder of the company，雷司令葡萄酒， Dr William Thomas Angove， and his birthplace of Cornwall  with Medhyk being Cornish for Doctor.
