Vineyard/葡萄园

Blended from a number of parcels from our Warboys Vineyard and other growers， this is an

example of just how well Shiraz performs in the McLaren Vale district. One parcel was from the

north western part of the vineyard， high on the slope which faces the Angove cellar door， while the other parcel was from the mid part of the oppsite slope. The vines in this area of our vineyard could be up to 80 years old， with local tradition dating them as being planted sometime prior to the Second World War.

将来自沃博庄园和其它葡萄园的葡萄混合酿造，这是迈拉伦谷酿造优质西拉葡萄酒的传统方式，一部分葡萄来自于葡萄园西北山坡高处，面朝安戈瓦酒窖，一部分葡萄来自于葡萄园中部面朝山坡。这些葡萄藤有些是拥有80年树龄的老葡萄藤，有些葡萄藤还是在二战期间种植的。

Winemaking/葡萄酒酿造

2012 was a steady ripening year with good winter/spring rains setting up excellent vine canopies. A mild，意大利葡萄酒， dry summer followed， allowing the fruit to develop fresh， bright and intense characters. The steady ripening period made harvest a breeze， with the winemakers able to harvest each parcel at optimal ripeness. One of the great vintages of the last 20 years.

2012年是个稳定的年份，温和的冬季和多雨的春季为葡萄的生长创造了良好的自然条件。温和干燥的夏季，能使葡萄口感清新，葡萄酒，果实饱满，独具个性之外，还有利于葡萄达到完美的成熟度，正所谓是20年来完美的年份之一。

Tasting Notes/产品特征

COLOUR : Deep red with purple hues.

AROMA : Spice， pepper， red cherry and black chocolate.

FLAVOUR : Dark chocolate and liquorice， red cherry/raspberry with mouth-filling presence and soft lingering tannins.

颜色：深邃的宝石红色中透露出淡淡的紫色。

香气：香料，胡椒，雷司令葡萄酒，红樱桃和黑巧克力的香气。

口感：黑巧克力和甘草口感中混合有红樱桃，

覆盆子的味道，单宁柔顺，回味悠长。
