摘要
微纤维的利用有显着改善的韧性和延展性生产的水泥基复合材料。研究了微纤维增强水泥基复合材料的可行性研究(mfrcc)对机床结构代替传统的铸铁材料。一系列的静态和动态试验,找出mfrcc最适合的设计组合,具有制造机床结构的许多有益的性能。另外,胶乳作为增强水泥基复合材料的阻尼性能的添加剂的振动。研磨机柱的设计和应用开发的水泥基复合材料的制备及其性能进行了评价。试验结果表明mfrcc柱比铸铁柱更好的动态性能。
