概要
中国同时轮廓数控机床五轴和国内开发的工业计算机辅助制造(CAM)技术被用于全冠制作和冠精度测量,并试图建立一个开放的牙加工CAM系统和促进国内牙科计算机辅助设计(CAD/CAM系统介绍)。市售的扫描设备被用来制备冠后作出一个基本的数字牙模型,与CAD软件自带的扫描装置是采用国内工业CAM软件过程的树冠数据以加工目的生成实体模型的冠的设计,然后中国的五坐标联动数控机床轮廓工具是用来完成全冠的冠内的内部精度的加工采用三维CT测量。结果表明,中国制造的五坐标联动轮廓数控机床在国内工业CAM技术相结合,可用于制作和冠冠于死。采用三维CT被成功的测量内部精度。它的结论是,为基础的中国学开放系统五坐标联动凸轮轮廓数控机床和国内产业的CAM软件已经建立,和系统的发展将推动国产牙科CAD/CAM系统介绍。
