本机的U形锅体顶部抽真空，夹套采用蒸汽加热，无段变速与蜗轮、减速机的组合传动，增大了横轴搅拌的力矩，采用聚四氟乙烯材质刮板的搅拌器，在物料的翻滚搅拌过程中，搅拌器与锅体的全方位充分接触，确保了无搅拌死角。锅体的开盖、卸料、复位采用液压、机械传动控制，操作极为方便。真空炒制可降低炒制温度，特别适应于热敏感原料的炒制，避免了因过度受热引起颜色及口味的劣化，保持了原料原有的色、香、味。提高了炒制效率，并降低能耗，缩短了炒制时间。
Top of U shape pan body of the machine is vacuumed,bushing uses steam heating,combined transmission of stepless speed change,worm wheel and speed reducer increase torque of cross axle mixing,mixer with polyvinyl chloride clapper is used,during material turnover and mixing,full contact between mixer and pan body ensures without mixing dead angle.Uncovering,discharging and resetting of pan body use hydraulic and mechanic transmission control,and have very convenient operation.Vacuum frying can reduce frying temperature,is especially suitable for frying thermal sensitive raw material,avoids color and taste change raw material.It increases frying efficency,reduces energy consumption,and shortening frying time.
