铝清洗剂系列产品
一、本品性能：（(共有型号两种:201、202)：
本产品属于酸性表面脱脂剂，采用多种有机酸、无机酸、表面活性成分，并添加相关助剂复配而成。在常温下，能有效地去除铝及铝合金制品表面的薄层氧化膜、钝态膜和油污，清洗后使其银亮有光。该清洗剂脱脂迅速彻底，且清洗力耐久，具有使用成本低廉、工艺范围宽、操作简单之优点。特别适用于铝及其合金氧化着色、涂装处理前除油除氧化物等工艺。
二、使用方法：
1、工艺条件
采用浸渍法：将工件置于工作液浸泡一段时间后，取出，清水洗净。
处理温度：常温，处理时间：0.5-5min，配制比例：7-10%；
2、槽液调整：
随着处理工件的增加，处理液有效成分消耗，处理液浓度降低，工件表面油垢清洗不干净，反应缓慢，此时须定期补充适当量本剂。
三、铝清洗剂系列产品性状对比：均为无色透明液体

四、注意事项
1、工作液为酸性制剂，有一定腐蚀性，避免与人体皮肤直接接触，操作时应佩带乳胶手套，并保持车间空气通畅；如果灼伤即用清水冲洗，并送诊；
2、处理件油污严重时，建议预作粗荒除油；
3、经脱脂处理之铝件若长时间暴露于空气中，表面会氧化，用铝皮膜剂封闭，可保持表面不氧化；
4、工作液处理一段时间后，清洗下来的沉渣或油污须分离去除；
五、包装规格与运输：
塑料桶包装25kg/桶，按一般化学品运输，轻装轻卸，防止重压倒置。贮于室温下通风处。保质期两年。
Aluminium workpiece cleanser series (LJ-201 & LJ-202)
1.Performance
The products belong to acidic cleanser and are made up of organic acid,inorganic acid,surface active agent and additive.They can remove the thin oxide,passivation film and oil on the surface of aluminium or aluminium alloy workpieces,and make it brighter and smoother.
2.Usage
Dip the workpiece in the operating liquid for a period,then take out and wash with the clean water.
Operating temp. – normal temp.
Operating time – 1-5min
Rate – 7-10%
Adjust the operating liquid in alot
Please add the operating liquidofan appropriate amount regularly with more workpieces added in the slot.
3.Comparison (Both are transparent liquid)
