低温卷绕试验装置试验标准：符合GB2951.4-2008、GB2099-94、VDE0472和IEC884-1等标准，与低温箱配合使用。

适用范围：用于考核测定圆形电缆或圆形绝缘线芯在低温状态下的性能。
