本机专门测试DC线、耳机线、USB线、插头引出线及电线之耐折强度，方法是将试料固定 在夹具上，并加一定荷重，试验时夹具左右摆动，经一定次数后，检视其断线率；或至无法通电时，查看其总计摆动次数。本机能自动计数，试料弯折至断线无法通电时，并能自动停止操作。符合GB2099、UL817、VDE标准作一般性的测试。
