一、适用范围Scope of application
适用于将电线电缆绝缘及护套试样上的奇异点除去并磨平成片状以供后续获取标准规定的哑铃试样，进一步考核试样的机械及物理性能。
Suitable for wire and cable insulation and sheath singular point on the specimen to remove and grinding pp.47-53 sheets for later access standards of dumbbell specimens, further examination mechanical and physical properties of the sample.
