一、概述An overview of the
此试验机适用于照明、低压电器、家用电器、机床电器、电机、电动工具、电子仪器、电工仪表、信息技术设备、电器事务设备、电气连接件、辅件等电子设备及其部件、组件的研究、生产和质检部门,也适用于绝缘材料、工程塑料或其它固体可燃材料行业。其设计符合GB/T5169.5-2008《电工电子产品着火危险性试验 第5部分试验火焰针焰试验方法装置、确认试验方法和导则》等标准要求,具有结构合理、控制精确、操作简单等特点。

三、控制面板功能说明The control panel functions
可程式控制器:用与监测和控制整个试验。

四、试样sample
如果可能,试验样品应是完整的设备、组件或部件。必要时,拆除部分外壳或截取适当的部分进行试验,但必须注意确保试验条件在如形状、通风条件、热应力效应和可能产生的火焰,以及燃烧或灼热颗粒落在试验样品附近等方面,与正常使用时出现的情况无显著差异。
如果试验样品是从一个大的整体上截取的适当部分,必须注意确保在这种特殊情况下,不要错误地施加试验火焰,例如不要将火焰施加到切割所产生的边缘上。
如果试验不可能在设备中的组件或部件上进行,则从设备上取下试验样品进行试验。
If possible, test samples should be complete equipment, components, or parts. 五、预处理pretreatment
  在试验开始之前,试验样品、木板和绢纸应在温度15℃~35℃、相对湿度45%~75%的环境条件下,放置至少24h。

六、设备使用方法Equipment use method


火焰校准Flame calibration


1、将火焰校准装置安装好,
2、按照设备所贴标示,正确地插上电源(AC220V)、通入燃气,然后打开控制面板上的“电源”开关及气源阀,启动控制器显示界面首页。
3、点击界面中的“进入主控制界面”,至下图10主控制界面,如需退出,点击“返回”。
4、点击“测试控制界面”,进入下图15所示界面,设置好“点火延时”(如3s),再点击“返回”至主控制界面,进入图11所示的“火焰确认界面”。
5、将“手/自动”点向“手动”,再点击“点火启动”,微调喷灯上的燃气调节阀,使火焰达到标准要求的高度即12mm±1mm。(注:如果必要,至少等待5min,使燃烧器达到平衡,然后重新调节火焰高度)
6、火焰调好并稳定后,点击“点火停止”,使火焰熄灭。按住图11界面中的“前进点动”,使喷灯向前移动,直至限位,再根据标准上的规定,通过移动热电偶固定杆来调节好喷灯与铜块之间的距离位置,详见下图14。
7、距离位置调节好后,按下“火焰确认启动”,再点击“点火启动”,重新确认火焰高度。此时,图11界面中的“测试铜块温度显示”框实时显示铜块温度。(注:必须在点击“点火启动”前,按下“火焰确认启动”,否则当所测铜块温度达到火焰确认温度下限设定值时,“火焰确认计时显示”无法启动,也不会将火焰确认时间记录在“火焰确认记录界面”中)
8、当“测试铜块温度显示”值达到“火焰确认温度下限”所设值即100℃时,“火焰确认计时显示”开始,仔细观察所测铜块温度实时显示情况。当“测试铜块温度显示”值达到“火焰确认温度上限”所设值即700℃时,“火焰确认计时显示”停止,按住“后退点动”直至限位,火焰熄灭,第一次火焰确认结束。
9、待铜块在空气中自然冷却到50℃以下时,再重复上述操作两次,然后计算出三次火焰确认时间的平均值,如果结果在23.5s±1.0s内,则火焰被确认。(注:标准上规定,铜块温度从100℃±5℃升高到700℃±3℃需要的时间,应进行三次测量。在两次测量之间,允许铜块在空气中自然冷却到50℃)
10、若需查看火焰确认记录,则需点击“返回”至主控制界面(如上图10),再点击“试验记录界面”,进入试验记录选择界面,如下图12所示。点击“火焰确认记录界面”,进入下图13所示界面进行查看。

7, good distance position adjustment, press the "start" established the flame, then click on "start" ignition, the flame height again. At this point, the interface of figure 11 "test of copper pieces of temperature display" box in the real-time display temperature copper. 8, when the "test of copper pieces of temperature display value to confirm the temperature" fire "of the set value is 100 ℃," flame confirm timing shows "start, carefully observe the copper piece temperature measurement real-time display. When the "test of copper pieces of temperature display value achieved" flame temperature limit set value is 700 ℃, the "flame confirm timing according to" stop, press and hold "back" until the limit, the flame is extinguished, the flame for the first time confirmed that end.
9, copper pieces in the air natural cooling to 50 ℃, repeat the above operation twice, and then calculate the average of the three fire set the time, if the result within 23.5 s + 1.0 s, the flame was confirmed. (note: standard regulation, copper temperature from 100 ℃ to + / - 5 ℃ to 700 ℃ + 3 ℃ needs time, three times should be measured. Between the two measurements, allowing copper natural cooling in air to 50 ℃)
10, if need to check the flame confirmation record, then click on the "return" to the main control interface (pictured above), and then click the "test record interface, enter the test record selection interface, as shown in figure 12. Click on the "flame confirmation record interface, enter the interface as shown in figure 13 to look at it.


七、开始试验Begin to test


0、火焰确认后,在厚约10mm平滑的白松木板上紧裹一层绢纸作铺底层,并置于施加针焰的试验样品位置下面200mm±5mm处。11、点击界面右下方的“返回”,回到主控制界面(图10),点击“测试控制界面”,进入下图15所示画面。
2、根据试验相关标准及要求,设置好“施焰时间”。(注:施加试验火焰持续时间的优先值为:5s、10s、20s、30s、60s、120s,另外,施加试验火焰的持续时间应根据成品的特性来选择。)
3、根据上述“试样”中的规定,准备好试样,并将该试样夹于相应的夹具中。【注:在安装试样时,必须根据此次试验的点火方式(见下图16、17)来选择相应的试样夹具,见上图5、6,然后将夹具置于固定装置中锁紧】
4、试样安装好后,点击“返回”,进入图11界面,将“手/自动”点向“手动”,再按住“前进点动”,使装载喷灯的小车向前移动,直至限位,然后调节喷灯与试样之间的距离位置,以确保试验时火焰能准确地烧到试样。(注:如果在火焰施加期间试验样品滴下熔化或有焰的材料,则可以将喷灯按照上图4摆放,以防止材料落入燃烧管)
5、喷灯与试样之间的距离位置调节好后,就可以按住“后退点动”,使喷灯返回原位,然后关闭试验箱门,将“手/自动”点向“自动”,再点击图11界面中的“点火启动”。进入图15界面,点击“测试启动”,喷灯就会自动向前移动至试验位置给试样供火,“施焰执行时间”开始计时,仔细观察试样的燃烧情况。
6、当“施焰执行时间”达到所设时间时,喷灯自动向后撤离且火焰缓缓熄灭,同时,“火焰持续计时”开始。仔细观察试样上余焰的燃烧情况,当看到试样上的余焰熄灭时,则需立即按下控制面板上的“余焰停止”钮或点击图13界面中的“火焰持续暂停”,使“火焰持续计时”停止,试验结束。(注:在试验过程中,如遇突发情况或故障,请立即按下该界面左下方的“紧急停止”,使试验机暂停运行,当故障排除后,才能按下图19界面中的“急停复位”,以恢复正常工作)
7、试验结束后,若需查看上一次试验的记录,则点击“返回”,进入上图12所示界面,点击“测试记录界面”,进入下图18所示界面进行查看。
8、若不需要进行第二次试验,则应立即点击“返回”,进入“功能控制界面”,见下图19,点击“排气启动”,排除废烟气,若需打开照明灯,则点击界面中的“照明启动”,打开试验箱门,取出试样,整理好试验设备,然后关闭电源及燃气。若需要继续试验,则重复上述操作。
