性状：本品为淡黄色疏松的粉末。色泽鲜艳，着色力较高，熔点为256℃.微溶于乙醇、丙酮和苯。遇浓硫酸为金黄色，稀释后呈黄色沉淀；遇浓盐酸为红色溶液；遇浓硝酸和稀氢氧化钠液不变。耐晒性和耐热性较好，耐酸、碱性能较差，不受硫化氢作用影响。
用途：主要用于涂料、高级耐光油墨、印铁油墨、塑料制品、橡胶和文教用品的着色，也用于涂料印花和粘胶的原液着色。
