双作用叶片泵的结构特点:
??(1)这种泵由于叶片数一般为4的整数倍,两个吸油区和两个排油区是对称布置的,所以作用在转子上的液压径向力相互平衡,属于卸荷式叶片泵。
??(2)双作用叶片泵在结构上做成两叶片间的夹角(即圆心角2π/z,z为叶片数)小于配油盘上封油区的夹角s(即圆心角),以防止吸、排油窗口沟通而不能工作;定子圆弧区的圆心角大于或等于配油盘上封油区的圆心角,使叶片间的容积在封油区内不变,故双作用口十片泵无困油现象
为减小泵的密封间隙,提高密封性能,结构上采取的主要措施是:通过泵体的固定螺栓使两个配油盘与定子端面压紧,保持配油盘与转子、叶片侧端面间轴向间隙极小,其中右配油盘7背面的油槽e通排油腔,靠排出油压从右侧抵紧定子。因转子的径向力白干平衡,泵轴工作时不发生弯曲变形,故轴向间隙可以控制得较小。其次,在两个配油盘的端面各开设一个环形导油槽f,对准各叶片底部的空间6,使所有的叶根空间相连通,并经右配油盘的轴向导油孔与泵的排油腔连通。这样,保证叶根处有一定的油压。当叶片随转子转人吸人区时,靠叶根处油压力和离心力共同作用把叶片顶向定子的内表面,从而保持叶片顶端与定子内壁面间的径向间隙较小。在排油区,叶片两端都受排油压力作用而液压力平衡,这时叶片受定子表面作用而压人槽内,只靠离心力就足以使叶片顶端抵紧定子内表面而满足密封要求。
