汽车行业的冲压。以拉深为主。在我国这部份主要集中在汽车厂、拖拉机厂、飞机制造厂等大厂，独立的大型冲压拉深厂还未几见。

Stamping in the automobile industry. It is dominated by deep drawing. In China， this part is mainly conceated in automobile factories， tractor factories， aircraft manufactory and so on. Independent large stamping and drawing plants are not yet seen.

管材的锯削：选用细齿锯条，fastener型号，当管壁锯透后随即将管子沿着推锯方向转动一个适当角度，再继续锯割，吉林fastener，依次转动，直至将管子锯断。锯割时管子必须夹正。

Cutting of pipe: select a fine toothed saw blade， when the tube wall is sawed through a proper angle along the direction of the push saw，fastener分类， then continue sawing and turn， until the pipe is sawed. When sawing is cut， the pipe must be clamped.

增设强压功能。即对卸料镶块压料部加厚尺寸(正常的卸料镶块厚H+0.03mm)，以增加对凹模侧材料的压力，从而抑制冲切时冲压件产生翻料、扭曲变形。

Additional pressure function. In order to increase the pressure on the material of the die side， the pressure of the material in the die side is increased by the thickness of the material of the unloaded insert (normal unloaded insert thickness H+0.03mm)， so as to suppress the turning and distortion of the stamping parts.
