The 2560 is a low temperature digital thermometer designed to hang or stand within the food zone inside cold storage cabinets.
This is one of the most accurate refrigerator / freezer instruments with a specification of ±1?F (±0.5?C), and is guaranteed accurate
for life. The 2560 is ?F / ?C selectable with a minimum and maximum temperature feature. The unique ABS plastic frame design is
removable for easy cleaning. Both the thermometer and the frame are water-resistant and incorporate an anti-microbial additive
that prevents the growth of bacteria.
2560是专门用来挂或站立(竖放)在食品区里面冷藏柜的低温数字温度计(冰箱温度计)。

The anti-microbial additive in the ABS plastic housing inhibits the growth of bacteria on the unit. However it does not protect users or others against food bacteria. Always clean and wash products thoroughly before and after each use.
