品牌介绍:
通过 NSF 、GS 认证，符合 HACCP 规范,由于卫生、使用寿命的原因；尤其是出于使用安全性考虑，iSi公司研制、生产了新型不锈钢产品，商用“发泡器”不再有铝合金产品！
奥地利的ISI牌，这是世界级的大牌，它是由世界分子大师之首的Ferran Adria和ISI公司合作研发出来的产品。ISI牌分为单冷型、冷热型和保温型。这三个型号非常好区分，看他们的瓶盖就能分辨出来，单冷型瓶盖为银色或黑色的，冷热型为红色的，保温型为蓝色的有时也会是纯不锈钢。从个头上也能分辨出来单冷型单薄些，冷热型厚实些，保温瓶因为能保温所以为双层要更粗壮一些。再或者大家看英文名称Cream Profi Whip Plus为单冷型，Gourmet Whip Plus为冷热型，Thermo Whip Plus为保温型。ISI有0.5L和1L两个容量，有时工厂也会特意为一些客户定制0.25L的，所以有时在市场上见到0.25L的也不足为怪。

Instructions for iSi Gourmet Whip Plus
1. Fill the iSi Gourmet Whip PLUS (observe the max. filling volume).

2. Insert the iSi cream charger into the charger holder. The iSi system guarantees the highest quality. Use only original iSi cream chargers with your iSi devices.

3. Screw on the iSi cream charger with the charger holder

4. Shake the device vigorously (fresh cream 3x, light/UHT cream with minimum fat content > 30% up to 10x), remove the charger holder, dispose of the empty charger. 1 L Whip: repeat steps 2 to 4 with a second charger.

5. Place the device "headfirst" (decorator tip vertical) and dispense portion by portion—no shaking in between!

6. Cool lying down or standing up.
Keep warm in a bain-marie at a maximum of 75 °C.
