氟硼酸钠在磷化过程中的作用
他是复杂的氟化物,可以提供氟离子,对磷化液起到重要作用。可以加速磷化膜的生成,可以使钢件表层产生均与的腐蚀层,尤其是可以促进锌膜的融化,使得它表层呈现有利于磷酸盐晶粒的活化区,促使磷化速度的加快进行,得到致密抗腐蚀性能强的磷化膜,升高磷化膜的抗酸性的作用。
减少酸度,氟离子是带有负电荷的很小的离子,可以带很大的电位,很容易和氢离子结合形成氟化氢。磷化剂离得游离酸减少时,它把氢离子放出来使磷化液酸比长期稳定在规定的范围内。
降低磷化渣,氟离子和铁离子洛河得到铁氟络。当氟硼酸钠的比例在6-8的时候可以很大程度上把磷化渣减少到最小。
