影响磷化的工艺因素-几何外观
1.工件形状更简单对磷化层的形成更是方便。但是,钢铁形状太复杂磷化比较困难。
2.好比说腔体零部件,特别是内腔,铆接件,焊接件的地方等。由于脱脂不彻底,以及磷化膜经常很浅或不在一起,耐腐蚀性很困难,所以钢铁零件应该先磷化再焊接比较好。
3.热处理取决了钢铁的组成,因热处理方法的不同,磷化出来的钢铁也不一样。钢铁烧火后镁合金和珠光体比钢铁件更容易腐蚀,造成磷化后在钢铁件的部分地方可能出现白色块点。
4.在过热处理造成粗大晶体的区域,可能会出现白色斑块。同时镁合金的组织比磷化液组织的点位正,所很难磷化。
5.去火前因脱脂不干净,以及用较浓的亚硝酸钠磷化,在高温时亚硝酸钠会分开,工件表面有不磷化的可能性假如钢铁表面有一层薄而致密的磷化膜,这层磷化膜可抗腐蚀性。造成钢铁不容易磷化。
6.因此,改变钢铁件空心退火条件,表面脱脂处理。并减少亚硝酸钠的浓度,这样,工件磷化时效果更好。
