○数控系统编程采用ISO国际代码，键盘手动输入，通过RS232通讯接口可与PC机实现数据传输，设有断电保护和多种自诊断功能。
○机床导轨采用耐磨铸铁并经过音频淬火，硬度在HRC45℃以上，能长期稳定的保证加工精度。
○主轴轴承采用高精度配对角接触轴承，特别设计的预紧力使主轴具有较高的转速和刚性。
拖板纵横向采用高精度滚珠丝杠传动，动态性能良好，加工精度高。
○多种工件装夹方式供用户选择：1、气动弹簧夹头；2、手动三爪卡盘；3、液压动力卡盘。
装刀方式为排刀架，也可按用户要求选配电动刀架。
