特点 Feature
○高精度-机床的X/Y/Z三个坐标丝杠全部采用先进的中空冷却技术,有效地控制了机床加工运动过程中的发热变形问题,提高了机床的加工精度,此外,机床具有温度补偿功能,在机体的主要位置装有温度传感元件通过数控系统分析并补偿坐标的位置实现机床高精度。
○高速度-机床主轴采用主轴结构,最高转速达6000rpm,并具有两档变速,既能够满足低俗大扭矩切削要求也能够满足高速加工要求。X/Y/Z三个坐标导轨采用了高刚性的直线滚动导轨,其快速移动速度为18m/min。机床的机械手在换刀过程中将主轴松、拉刀通过凸轮连动实现快速换刀。工作台交换的全过程业采用两组凸轮连续运动实现快速交换(交换时间:2.5秒)。以上参数均处于国内领先水平及国际先进水平。
○高刚性-机床的主体部分全部采用树脂砂高磷铸件,机体为整体铸件,立柱,滑台,工作台在其上运动。保证了机床整体刚性。此外,机床在设计过程中,通过了有限元分析使结构更加合理。该机床整机重达12吨也充分说明了机床的高刚性。
○Three coordinates X,Y and Z of the high precision-machine tool, by making use of hollow advanced cooling technology, can effectively control the heat deformation during the machine tool movement, and improve the processing precision. Besides, the machine tool has the function of temperature compensation, and it realizes high precision through analysis and compensation for the coordinates with the temperature sensing element installed in the main part of the machine.
○High speed-machine tool adopts the spindle structure, with the max rotation speed reaching 6000rpm and two speeds shift, which not only meet the requirements of low speed but also the high-speed processing requirements. Three coordinate rail of X,Y and Z adopts a high-rigidity linear rolling guide rail, fast speed reaching 18m/min. Manipulator of the machine tools realizes rapid tool change through spindle loosing and broach. The whole process of table exchange realizes rapid replacement (exchange time: 2.5s) by two sets of continuous can movement. The above parameters are in the domestic leading level and the international advanced level.
○All main parts of the high rigidity machine use resin sand casting of high phosphorus, whole casting of high phosphorus, whole casting as the bed, on which column, sliding table, and working table moves. Fix of pallet and tool magazine manipulator on the bed body ensures the rigidity of the machine, in addition, machine tools in the design process make the structure more reasonable through finite element analysis. Total weight of the machine tool reaching 12 tons fully explains the high rigidity of the machine tool.
