适用范围Application
DZ47LE-125剩余电流动作断路器适用于交流50Hz, 额定电压单极两线、两极230V, 三极、三极四线、四极400V, 额定电流从63A至100A的线路中，当人身触电或电网泄漏电流超过规定值时，剩余电流动作断路器能够在极短的时间内迅速切断故障电源，保护人身及用电设备的安全，同时可以保护线路和电动机的过载或短路，亦可作为线路的不频繁转换及电动机的不频繁起动之用。
符合标准：GB14048.2和IEC 60947-2。

结构：剩余电流动作断路器由DZ47-125塑料外壳式断路器和剩余电流脱扣器组装而成。DZ47-125塑料外壳式断路器主要由绝缘外壳，操作机构、动静触头，延时、瞬时脱扣器、灭弧室等组成。剩余电流脱扣器主要由零序互感器、电子判别控制电路、脱扣器推杆，试验按钮等组成。塑料外壳式断路器与剩余电流脱扣器之间通过推杆进行联动。
工作原理：将剩余电流动作断路器手柄扳向ON位置时，通过机械机构带动动触头向静触头运动并与静触头可靠接触，接通电路。当线路发生过载故障时，过载电流使热双金属元件弯曲并推动杠杆使得机械锁定机构复位，动触头迅速离开静触头，从而实现分断线路的功能；当线路发生短路故障时，短路电流使瞬时脱扣器动作，铁心顶杆推动杠杆使得锁定机械复位，实现分断功能。当线路发生剩余电流或触电故障时，零序互感器输出的信号触发可控硅导通，使剩余电流脱扣器铁心动作，推杆推动断路器脱扣，使剩余电流动作断路器在极短时间内切断电源，从而实现剩余电流保护功能。

接线Wiring
适用于（10-50）mm导线连接，接线端子拧紧力矩不大于3.5N-m。安装前应选择合适的导线将剩余电流动作断路器接于线路中，推荐导线的截面积见表3，
