一、产品概述Product Ioduction

       LBL(M)系列高温链板称重给料机是对高温、高硬度物料（如水泥熟料，各种矿石）实行连续称重，批次称重、配料的专项使用计量设备。广泛应用于建材、水泥、火某炭、矿山、陶瓷、玻璃、冶炼、钢铁、电力、焦化等行业。

LBL (M) series high temperature chain plate weighing feeder is fit for high temperature, high hardness materials (such as cement clinker, various ores) implements continuous weighing, batch weighing, mixing meterials special metering equipment. Widely used in building materials, cement, coal, mine, ceramics, glass, metallurgy, electric power, iron and steel, coking industry.

二、 工作原理 work principle

来自链板上物料的重量信号和链板运行的速度信号一同传送到微处理控制器，自动计算出物料的瞬时流量。通过连续不断的比较设定流量与实际物料的瞬时流量，从而调.节链板运行的速度，使实际物料流量保持在设定流量值上。

The weight signal and speed signal belt running from the Chain plate material to transfer to the micro processing cooller, automatically calculate the instantaneous flow of materials. The transient flow through the continuous setting flow and the actual material, to adjust the chaine plate running speed, so that the actual material flow is maintained in the set value of flow.

5、控制器采用触摸显示技术，中英文图形化显示，向导操作方式，操作简单，无需记忆。

6、可接485通讯，CAN通讯，DCS,PLC等接口。

7、采用GPRS无线数传功能，可以报表、远程诊断、校秤等功能。
