一、 产品概述product ioduction

        螺旋称重给料机（螺旋秤、绞刀秤）是对各种粉状、散料状物料进行连续称重，批次给料、配料的专项使用计量设备。尤其适用于流动性强的粉料计量，如米分煤灰、火某米分等。广泛适用于建材、水泥、化工、火某炭、矿山、陶瓷、玻璃、冶金、粮食、化肥、饲料、港口、电力、焦化、环境保护、运输等行业。

二、 工作原理 work principle

      来自计量螺旋里物料的重量信号和螺旋运行的速度信号一同传送到控制器，自动计算出物料的瞬时流量和物料的累计产量。通过连续不断的比较设定流量与实际输送的物料流量，不停的调.节计量螺旋运行的速度，使物料流量总能稳定在设定流量上。同时，为了保证准确喂料，采用了先进的前馈调.节系统3U-S控制系统，3U-S控制系统根据设定喂料量计量不断调.节粉料平衡锁料器（号：0257386.0）的速度，并达到非常准确、稳定和持续的喂料。这是市场上少数拥有双控制功能的螺旋秤——控制粉料平衡锁料器进料稳定及控制计量螺旋速度来提高计量精度。

From the measuring spiral speed signal and weight signal transfer to a cooller, automatically calculate the material instantaneous flow and material cumulative production.
