陶瓷铝液过滤系统包括铝液过滤流槽以及铝液过滤箱，二者均由中耐1号耐高温保温陶瓷制作而成。
流槽及过滤箱，铸造模内的分流盘，套管材料为“中耐一号”。流槽及过滤箱外壳为钢结构，内衬为“中耐一号”预制件，过滤箱尺寸为20英寸。(根据平台大小决定)
Material of launder, filter box, distributor inside casting model, thimble are “ZHONGNAI NO 1”. Outer side of launder and filter box are made of steel; inside lining is made of “ ZHONGNAI NO 1” preformed unit; filter box size is 20 inch.
结构描述：
流槽：流槽外用型钢及A3钢板焊制，内为“中耐一号”预制件，中间为保温用硅酸棉，铝液从保温炉流出来后，经此流槽进入过滤箱。
Launder: outer side of launder is made of profile bar and A3 steel sheet, inter side is made of “ZHONGNAI NO 1” preformed unit; interlayer adopt silicate cotton for heat-holding. Aluminum liquid flows out of holding furnace, and pass through this launder to enter into on-line degassing system.
过滤箱：陶瓷过滤箱外用型钢及钢板焊制，内用“中耐一号”预制件，中间为保温用硅酸棉，预制件内安装陶瓷过滤板，铝液流进来后被过滤，再流进铸造模。
Filter box: outside of porcelain filter box adopt profile and steel sheet; inside adopt “ZHONGNAI NO 1” preformed unit; interlayer adopt heat preservation silicate cotton; porcelain filter is installed in preformed unit so that aluminum liquid firstly filtered, then enter into casting mold.
