柠檬酸铵 Triammonium Citrate

五、性能：白色晶体或结晶性粉末。易溶于水，稀出游离酸。
柠檬酸铵、枸橼酸三铵、枸橼酸铵，为白色结晶粉末，有氨味，溶于水和酸，水溶液呈酸性，难溶于乙醇，乙醚和丙酮。易潮解，加热至熔点即分解，无毒性。以一水柠檬酸为原料，经精制提取而成。
六、用途：缓冲剂、乳化盐。EEC主要用于干酪加工。主要用于化工分析(如肥料中磷酸盐的测定)、工业水处理、金属清洗、无氰电镀络合剂、陶瓷分散剂、洗涤剂原料、及土壤改良剂组分。
七、包装： 内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋净重25kg。
八、贮存与运输： 本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。
