立式平板速冻机
Vertical plate freezer
立式平板速冻机主要用于陆地或渔船上批量块冻水产品，肉类，含水分量大的或果汁，水果泥等产品。将冻品直接倒入铝板内，待冻结完成，给平板化霜，将平板和冻品分开，而后将冻品提升，取出。
结构特点：
n 挤压铝材平板，卫生耐用
n 高强度镀锌框架
n 不锈钢油缸，不锈钢软管，使用寿命长
n 集成阀
n 清洗方便，符合食品卫生要求
Vertical plate freezer is used for fast freezing seafood, meat solids, high liquid content or water based solids, fruit juices and fruit pulps in bulk on land or on vessel.
Products are simply placed or poured into vertical pockets between aluminum freezing plates. After freezing, the blocks can be unloaded by defrosting and lifting the products. Within minutes the cycle can begin again.

n Aluminum alloy extrusion plates. Hygeian and long lasting.
n High strength galvanized frame.
n Stainless steel cylinder and hoses.Long lasting.
n Integral valve
n Easy for cleaning and meet hygiene requirements.

Plate freezer is mainly used for freezing small pack of meat and seafood like fish, shrimp, shell in bulk.

注：1、冻结量计算： 以525x530x75(100) 20kg～25kg/块 鱼块计
2、配用冷量按＋35℃/－35℃工况计
3、冻结时间大约90～210分钟，视冷冻物品区别 （入料＋15℃，出料－18℃中心温度）
4、除列表外，可视客户特殊要求定做
Notes:
1.The freezing capacity is based on freezing fish. 20~25kg/block. Block size 525mmx530mmx75(100)mm.
2.Refrigeration capacity is based on condensing temp. +35℃ and evaporating temp. -35℃.
3.Freezing time is about 90~210min. It differs by different products.(Inlet temp. +15℃，outlet core temp -18℃)
4. Different requests beyond above list can be customized.
