船用液压接触式平板速冻机
Marine horizontal plate freezer
船用液压接触式平板速冻机主要适用于在渔船上加工冻结鱼片，鱼糜，虾，贝类等水产品及肉类小包装等食品。
结构特点：
n 整体热浸锌框架
n 进口液压集成块保证两只油缸同时工作，降低了平板的高度
n 能最大限度减少食品的干耗
n 冻结效率高，卫生条件好，占地范围小
The Marine Horizontal Plate Freezer is widely used on freezer trawlers, and various features are available to meet the rigorous requirements of this harsh enviroment.
n The whole frame is made up of hot dip zinced steel.
n Imported hydraulic integrated package ensures synchronous running of two cylinders. Overall height of freezer is reduced.
n Less product loss
n Hight efficiency in freezing. Save space.

Plate freezer is mainly used for freezing small pack of meat and seafood like fish, shrimp, shell in bulk.

注：1、冻结量计算： 以590×390×70 10kg/盘 鱼盘计，※标记以800×255×65 11kg/盘 鱼盘计
2、配用冷量按＋35℃/－35℃工况计
3、冻结时间大约120～240分钟，视冷冻物品区别 （入料＋15℃，出料－18℃中心温度）
Notes:
1.The freezing capacity is based on freezing fish. 10kg/tray. Tray size 590mm×390mm×70mm. Those models marked with ※ are 11 kg/tray. Tray size:800mm×255mm×65mm
2.Refrigeration capacity is based on condensing temp. +35℃ and evaporating temp. -35℃.
3. Freezing time is about 120~240min. It differs by different products.(Inlet temp. +15℃， outlet temp. -18℃)
