雷尼绍光栅系统的成功开发是基于其创新的非接触式光学结构。

在当今越来越多的自动化系统中,人们更多地喜爱选用直线光栅。为获得高产出、高速度、高精度、高重复性和稳定性,机器的设计者
们需要最好的运动控制部件。在半导体制造、电子装配、专用机器、激光切割、光学检测、印刷线路板测头检测、印刷、扫描和科学
仪器中应用RG2,这些只是其采用雷尼绍光栅提高机器性能的几个例子。直线电机直线电机是现代化的运动系统
的重要组成部分。无论是用于电子装配、检测机器、扫描或印刷机器,它们都可简化机器的结构,同时提
高速度、控制水平和可靠性。RG2 直线光栅是使直线电机实现高速和定位精度的最佳位置反馈解决方案。
印刷线路板检测随着印刷线路板的复杂程度、线路密度和价值的不断升高,其整个装配过程都需有快速、可靠的在

一种圆光栅产品,其不止是一些特色的罗列,而更是能从根本上诠释用户使用意图的产品。RESR 圆光栅是基于雷尼绍的独一
无二的RGR 圆光栅基础开发出来的,它是在不锈钢圆环的表面使用了雷尼绍灵活的直线光栅。而RESR 圆光栅的刻线
是直接刻在圆环的外表面上的(栅距20μm 或40μm ),这样就消除了R G R 潜在的在接合处信号丢失的危险,简化了
安装过程并实现较高的速度。栅距20μm 的RESR 圆光栅使用雷尼绍新型的RGH20 读数头,而栅距40μm
