Protein A Agrose Beads
Protein A有着和免疫球蛋白的Fc区域（特别是不同种群的的lgGs）高度亲和的区域。 Protein A磁珠被大量的用来纯化不同的哺乳动物种群的免疫球蛋白，也用来纯化某种没有特殊亲和能力的特定的lgG亚基。同样的，它也适合免疫共沉淀过程（IP）。
Protein A 琼脂糖树脂包含有和交联琼脂糖磁珠共价结合的rProtein.这样能极大的降低由于在多步纯化过程重复使用亲和树脂而造成的rProtein A丢失。
