	测试项目详解如下：



	一，辐射曝光（RF EXPOSURE）



	适用标准§1.1310 and §2.1093



	根据FCC PART 2.1093 ，手机产品需要做SAR，具体限值如下：



	1) Limits for Occupational/Controlled exposure: 0.4 W/kg as averaged over the whole-body and spatial peak SAR not exceeding 8 W/kg as averaged over any 1 gram of tissue (defined as a tissue volume in the shape of a cube). Exceptions are the hands, wrists, feet and ankles where the spatial peak SAR shall not exceed 20 W/kg, as averaged over an 10 grams of tissue (defined as a tissue volume in the shape of a cube). Occupational/Controlled limits apply when persons are exposed as a consequence of their employment provided these persons are fully aware of and exercise control over their exposure. Awareness of exposure can be accomplished by use of warning labels or by specific training or education through appropriate means, such as an RF safety program in a work environment.



	(2) Limits for General Population/Uncontrolled exposure: 0.08 W/kg as averaged over the whole-body and spatial peak SAR not exceeding 1.6 W/kg as averaged over any 1 gram of tissue (defined as a tissue volume in the shape of a cube). Exceptions are the hands, wrists, feet and ankles where the spatial peak SAR shall not exceed 4 W/kg, as averaged over any 10 grams of tissue (defined as a tissue volume in the shape of a cube). General Population/Uncontrolled limits apply when the general public may be exposed, or when persons that are exposed as a consequence of their employment may not be fully aware of the potential for exposure or do not exercise control over their exposure. Warning labels placed on consumer devices such as cellular telephones will not be sufficient reason to allow these devices to be evaluated subject to limits for occupational/controlled exposure in paragraph (d)(1) of this section.

	二，输出功率测试（RF OUTPUT POWER）



	适用标准§2.1046 and §22.913 (a), and §2.1046 and §24.232 (C)



	限值要求：（1）According to FCC §2.1046 and §22.913 (a), the ERP of mobile transmitters and auxiliary test transmitters must not exceed 7 watts.



	（2）According to FCC §2.1046 and §24.232 (C), in no case may the peak output power of a base station transmitter exceed 2 watt EIRP.



	测试方法：传导式输出功率（Conducted Power)和辐射式输出功率(Radiated Power)



	





	三，占用带宽（OCCUPIED BANDWIDTH）



	适用标准§2.1049, §22.917, §22.905 and §24.238.



	所需测试项目为 26 dB & 99% bandwidth



	





	四，天线端杂散测试（SPURIOUS EMISSION AT ANTENNA TERMINAL）



	适用标准§2.1051, §22.917(a) and §24.238(a)



	测试方法：传导式测试法



	限值=输出功率-(43 + 10 Log10 (power out in Watts))=-13dBm



	





	五，辐射杂散测试（SPURIOUS RADIATED EMISSION）



	适用标准§2.1053, 22.917 and § 24.238



	测试方法：辐射式测试法



	限值=输出功率-(43 + 10 Log10 (power out in Watts))=-13dBm



	





	六，频率范围边缘测试（BAND EDGE）



	适用标准§ 22.917(a) and §24.238(a)



	限值要求：the power of any emissions outside of the authorized operating frequency ranges must be attenuated below the transmitting power (P) by a factor of at least 43 + 10 log(P) dB.



	





	七，频率稳定度测试（FREQUENCY STABILITY）



	适用标准 § 2.1055 (a), § 2.1055 (d), §22.355, §24.235



	限值要求：§ 2.1055 (a), § 2.1055 (d),



	





	八：峰值与平均值有效比（Peak-to Average Ratio 即 CREST FACTOR）



	适用标准：§ 24.232 (d)



	限值要求：Peak-to Average Ratio 不用超过13dB
