EPDM食品级橡胶管 EFSD

 

  1. 有食品管、医药级橡胶管、化学管（UPE/XLPE/PTFE/FEP/MFA软管）、热水蒸汽管、喷砂管、CNG软管等；

  2. 可输送牛奶、果汁、饮料、葡萄酒、白酒、饮用水、原料药、明胶、馅料、食用油、果酱、化妆品、香精香料、化学腐蚀物质等介质；

  3. 可符合FDA, USP, BFR, EN12115, EU, DNV, ABS, BV等标准。

 

Applications

Particularly designed for additional air lines (temperature up to 140°C) on road tankers carrying bulk products. suction and discharge of liquid food-stuffs such as milk, wine, beer, cider, fruit juice, soda, vinegar and alcohol up to 96 %, with exception of fatty foodstuffs and oils, loading or unloading bays for road and rails tankers.

Technical description

Inner tube: food grade quality EPDM, white, smooth.

Reinforcement: synthetic textile with embedded steel helix.

Cover: weather resistant EPDM, blue, fabric impression.

Temperature range: - 30 °C to + 100 °C, and + 140 °C for additional air.

Standard/Approval:

EU 1935/2004 and 2023/2006.FDA 21 CFR 177.2600

German BFR. French legislation.

应用：

食品罐车管，针对散装物品运输罐车里的高温气体特殊设计(最高温度可达+140℃)。适用于排吸各类流体食品，如牛奶、葡萄酒、啤酒、果酒、果汁、苏打水、食醋、96%浓度酒精等，用于各类食品罐车装卸作业。
