德国斯特朗柴油发电机为了研究 6kw 静音型柴油发电机组排风通道结构对风阻的影响，通过
计算流体力学方法(CFD)分析了排风通道内的压力场和流场分布，研究了排风通道内风阻的影响因素。通过改变阻风板、消声器相对位置和排风出口形状、尺寸，
对比风阻变化及流体流速变化。仿真结果表明移动阻风板，扩大排风通道体积及移动消声器相对阻风板的距离可以减小风阻，同时增大排风出口处 U 型挡板宽度
及减小金属栅格宽度可以减小风阻，当不考虑排风出口处吸音海绵表面粗糙度时其厚度对风阻影响不大。
The acoustic model and the surface acoustic field of 6kw diesel generator set have
been simulated by the boundary element method. Based on acoustic transfer vector
(ATV), surface noise radiation of the diesel generator set with three different vibration
damping pads, DX, DJ and B5, has been predicted . According to this simulation result,
the panel acoustic contribution has been analyzed. Negative, positive or neutral areas of
diesel generator set has been categorized. The structure which mainly contributed to the
acoustic pressure level should be optimized.
