功能说明

 

1 箱体采用优质阻燃工程塑料，具有良好的密封性能和耐候性能，适合户内外壁挂、抱杆安装使用，防护等级达IP55级；

2 专用皮线光缆固定位，保证皮线光缆固定后拉脱力不小于20N；

3 有专门的快速连接器过路孔，皮线光缆端接快速连接器可在箱体外进行，端接快速连接器操作更方便；

4 可靠的铠装光缆引入、固定、开剥保护及接地装置，最多固定4根户外铠装光缆，相当于集成了2进2出的光缆接头盒；

5 多功能熔接保护座，可满足48芯熔接保护套管安放或24芯冷接子的安放需求；

6 翻板结构设计，充分合理利用箱体空间，全程保证光纤足够的弯曲半径，更方便用户预留合适的冗余光纤及合理走纤路由；

7 GF-KSW-24系列产品采用相同的箱体，通过配置的调整，从而满足不同的功能要求。

盒体设计轻巧灵便，本产品特别适用于FTTH光纤到户时的光缆与尾纤的保护性接续。安装于楼道、地下室、机房和大楼外墙。光缆也可以经分光箱开拨盘绕后与入户光缆熔接引出，实现光缆的直通功能，满足传统传输网络工程的需求。

   a尾纤于室外光缆开剥50mm左右后热熔接；

 

   b将热熔接后的热熔管放置在翻版反面熔接卡槽上；

 

   c将室外光缆钢芯线固定在盒底加强芯固定位上，将防水锁头锁紧；

 

   d将适配器放置子中间翻版适配器卡位上尾纤熔接室外光缆后，插头卡在适配器内；

 

   e用户皮线光缆采用快速连接器链接时，拉出皮线光缆黑色进缆堵头，把皮线光缆穿入箱体，箱内皮线光缆预留一定的长度盘在盒底盘纤挂耳内，装上快速连接接头即可。

 

   f未布缆的进缆孔用光缆堵头封住，防止灰尘进入盒体。
