SUPERIO-UT是以SABIC的ULTEM(Polyether-imide)为原料,采用三菱树脂独特的压膜技术,开发出来的一款耐高温工程塑料薄膜。
There are two types of product, conventionally ‘E-type’, and new product ‘F-type’. F-type is superior to E-type in solvent and heat resistance under the
stress. It is a heat-resistant insulation material that lends itself to use for the applications that are required solvent resistance.
目前有两种型号"E-TYPE"和"F-TYPE"。"F-TYPE"的耐温性能及耐腐蚀性更优于"E-TYPE"
Characteristics 特性
1.Acquired UL-94V-0, VTM-0 with non-halogen
完全非卤的阻燃材料并且取得了UL-94 V-0/VTM-0认证
2.Mechanical properties 机械性能
-Excellent mechanical properties as an engineering plastics. (High tensile strength, crack-resistant)
优秀的机械性能的工程塑料。 (抗拉强度高,抗裂)
3. Electrical properties 电气性能
-Stable electrical properties (good low frequency characteristic and low temperature dependence)
稳定的电气特性(良好的低频特性和低温的依赖)
4. Heat resistance 耐热性
- Superior Glass transition temperature among the thermoplastic resin which is 200℃ or more.
玻化温度在200℃以上
- When heated up to 210℃, change in dimens ion is small.
在加热到210℃以上的情况下,依然可以保持良好的尺寸稳定性。
5. Chemical resistance 耐化学腐蚀性
-Excellent chemical resistance against aliphatic hydrocarbons, acid and dilute alkali.
优秀的耐化学性(脂肪烃,酸和稀碱)。
Especially, F-type has high chemical resistance against Polar solvent.
特别是F型具有很高的耐化学性对极性溶剂。
6. Weathering resistance 耐候性
