Overview
把多台自动绕线包胶一体机和一台自动焊锡机组成一条流水生产线。设备之间通过输送皮带线自动把前一工位的产品流向下一工位，使整个生产线按照同一个节拍时间生产。组线生产适用于变压器线圈的大批量、高效率绕线焊锡生产。
Integrating
multi automatic winding taping machines and an automatic soldering machine to a
production line. Coil products are transferred automatically to next station via
conveyor belt. The entire production line is in accordance with a production
cycle times. Applying in manufacturing of high volume, high efficiency
transformer coils and winding taping production line.

◆ 主体全部采用铸铁精密加工制作，单机重量820KG保证设备稳定、高速、长期运行。The main body of winding machine is made of cast iron. The whole
machine’s weight is up to 820KG, which ensures the stability of the equipment.
◆ 设备的主轴夹具采用快速更换结构，不需要拆卸螺丝即可更换机种。
◆ 搭载艾森独创的多轴板式包胶结构，彻底解决市面上起绕绕不上、包偏等不良现象。
◆ 可安装200米的大卷胶带，比现有胶带使用时间提高了3倍。
◆ 多台设备用皮带线连接，不需要人工周转。
