木塑门窗配方Wood doors and windows formula

木塑发泡门窗有三个关键点:一,门窗的变形。如果变形严重影响门窗的使用，这需通过配方调整提高产品刚性和维卡。也可采用与铝合金窗材供挤但也需考虑收缩比的问题。二门窗的耐候性就是变色问题。现国内外一般采用ASA或PMMA与PVC木塑发泡或硬质窗材供挤来提高其耐候性。三是外表美观度（表面能有类此木纹的纹理）。雅炀科技经过几年努力已成功研发出ASA和PMMA用于塑钢、木塑、发泡制品供挤的木纹料。其不但可提高产品的耐候性和美观性。同时大大提高产品的各项物理性能，延长了产品的使用寿命。以下用于门窗的木塑发泡参考配方生产的门窗型材具有表面硬度高，维卡高热变形好是用于木塑发泡窗材理想配方。

PP/PE回料以7000元一吨计算，配方成本可控制在3200-3500元一吨左右，用此配方生产的产品物理指标都较高。PA003绝对不含金属盐，石蜡，PE蜡具有偶联分散润滑功能，适用于PP/PE挤出二步法，无析出和流油产生，生产速度比金属盐体系高25-35%，与HD3303/HD3304配合使用可提高木竹纤维与树脂的相容性，降低吸水率和冲击强度.以PE木塑为例PA003与润滑A(EBS+PE或石蜡+硬脂酸盐，润滑B(PE蜡或石蜡)+硬脂酸，PA003产品物理性能比对如下

PE木塑发泡型材板材配方

PE木塑国内外基本以不发泡型材为主，采用冷推工艺气。缺点是产能低能耗大，制品比重大（密度在1.35-1.5g/cm?左右）且握钉力和其他力学指标低。

昆山雅炀科技现已成功研发出PE木塑发泡技术。树脂与木竹纤维的比列是1:2，原材料配方成本控制在4500元一吨左右，制品密度在0.8-0.95之间。PE木塑发炮制品比PE木塑不发泡制品具有更优异的物理性能。可应用于家俱，模板，包装，室内外装修，托盘等领域。
