废塑料回收造粒机生产线

该机组是用于多种塑料的薄膜、薄片、化纤及无纺布等回收利用，挤塑造粒。

1.进料系统：可选配强制给料系统，发挥挤出机最大使用性能并稳定马达负载。

3.换网过滤器:多种形式油压单/双级及双流道不停机换网器。专为不同客户需求而设计，换网方式方便快捷，人员费用低。

4.拉条模头:  互换式模唇视不同原料和产量，可快速更换挤出胶头数，确保胶料高质量挤出。

This extrusion machine is used for recycling and pelletizing of various of plastic film, thin sheet, chemical fiber, non-woven fabrics and so on.

Material feeder system: adopt force feeder, maximize extruder functional performance and stabilize motor load.

Extruder: adopt super quality material, hard gear-flank and high torque gearbox so as to ensure stable operation and low noise. Equipped with professional screw and air vent design to ensure high output and economic energy cost.

Screen filter: all kinds of oil pressure single-stage, double-stage as well as double flow-channel non-stop screen changers are available according to different clients’ demand. It can be changed fast with low cost.

Forming die head: interchanging type die lips can change the extruding hole quantity according to different plastic material and capacity so as to ensure high quality product.
