纺织品及鞋类检测

      随着消费者绿色环保和健康安全意识的不断提高，越来越多的客户要求提供符合环保和健康安全要求的产品，特别是与皮肤或口腔直接接触的产品，如内衣、服装、毛巾、床上用品、鞋袜及其他卫生用品等。世界各地包括欧美发达国家和发展中国家都对此类产品制定出相当严格的国家标准及地区标准。ATC纺织品检测产品范围有：纤维与纱线、织物面料、羽绒产品、成衣、防晒衣服、功能性衣服、服装辅料、皮革、鞋类、其它检测等。 
纺织品检测：
1、纤维成分分析----大多数服装和家用纺织品的进口国都要求进口产品上附有纤维成分标签，我们能帮您准确识别所用纤维和混合纤维成分及含量，包括竹纤维、羊绒等。
2、色牢度检测----色牢度测试也叫染色坚牢度测试，是衡量纺织品等相关产品，经过模拟人们在服用过程中的特性来对产品的染色坚牢度进行评判。包括：耐洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐光照色牢度、耐氯水（水、海水）色牢度等。
3、物理性能测试----物理性能测试是衡量纺织品、服装服用性能的一个重要质量指标，包括拉伸/断裂强度、撕破强度、接缝强度、顶破强度、耐磨牢度、抗起毛起球性、织物重量等。
4、功能性测试----如燃烧性能、透气透湿性、静水压等测试。
5、辅料测试----主要包括如拉链，纽扣等，测试项目如拉链强度、拉链耐用度、纽扣紧固性、金属防锈防腐蚀等。
6、化学测试----如甲醛含量、PH值、偶氮测试、铅含量、领苯二甲酸盐、六价铬等。
鞋类检测
鞋类检测主要包括成品鞋测试、大底测试、鞋面测试、配件测试和化学测试等。
1、成品鞋测试----鞋底与帮面的粘合力、耐曲折、耐黄变、防水、抗静电、抗刺穿测试等。
2、大底测试----硬度、曲折、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、防滑测试、耐磨、密度、耐水解测试等。
3、鞋面测试----拉伸强度、撕裂强度、爆破强度、色牢度测试、曲折、耐磨测试等。
4、配件测试----鞋带强力、鞋带耐磨、后跟疲劳、拉链强力、拉链疲劳、松紧带测试等。
5、化学测试----偶氮、六价铬、分散性染料、可萃取重金属、镍释放、甲醛、总镉、领苯二甲酸盐、氯苯酚、铅含量、富马酸二甲酯等。

Textiles and Garments Test
1、Fiber composition analysis----most clothing and household textiles products must contain fiber component label, we can help you accurately identify the fiber and hybrid fiber composition and content, including bamboo fiber, cashmere, etc.
2、Color fastness test also called dyeing fastness test , it is to measure textiles and other related products, through simulation people taking the characteristics of process to products dyeing. Including: color fastness to washing ,to crocking,to perspiration, to light , to chlorine water (water, sea water), etc.
3、 Physical performance Test is measured textiles, clothing apparel properties of an important quality indicators, including tensile strength, tear strength ,seam strength, burst strength, abrasion resistance, pilling resistance, fabric weight, etc.
4、Functional Test Functional Test, such as flammability, air permeability and water vapour permeability,hydrostatic pressure test, etc.
5、Accessories Test as zipper, buttons, Test items such as zipper strength, zipper durability, button tightness, metal rust corrosion, etc.

Footwear Test
Footwear test mainly includes the whole shoe testing,outsole test, shoes upper and lining test, accessories test and chemical test, etc.
1、Whole shoes-as sole bonding strength,flexing test, anti-yellowing, waterproof, antistatic, resistance to nail penetration test, etc.
2、Outsole tests-hardness, flexing test, tensile strength, tear strength, slip resistance, Abrasion resistance, density, hydrolysis resistance test, etc.
3、Upper and lining test-tear strength, tensile strength, burst strength, colour fastness test, flexing test, wear resistance test, etc.
