   扭矩型电动扳手是用来紧固大六角高强度螺栓的。该产品可以实现设定控制轴力和扭矩。轴力和扭矩可根据要求任意切换，把扳手调到你所需要的施工扭矩或轴力时，扳手自动停止。

    大六角高强度螺栓的拧紧分为初拧、终拧。对于大型节点应分为初、复拧拧、终拧。初拧扭矩或轴力为施工扭矩或轴力的50%左右，复拧扭矩等于初拧扭矩，最后按施工扭矩进行终拧。

扭矩型电动扳手广泛用于桥梁建设、化工设备、石油管道、机械设备、铁路、电厂锅炉、风力发电、厂房等钢结构安装行业。

Electric torque wrench must be used to fasten the hex high-strength bolts,which has the special specificity :tension control and torque control.

You can set the the mode between the tension and the torque according to your need ,when the torque or the tension reaches to your setting , it will stop fastening automatically .

Hex high-strength bolts fastening should be divided into two :Pre-fasten and Final-fasten.however ,about some large node.it is better to do the Pre-fasten twice .for the first time early mistake ,standard screw fastening bolts early access to axial force 50% , Final-fasten should based on the torque request of the project
