功能：斗式储浆机不断地送入料浆至流浆箱，流浆箱一方面搅拌，防止沉淀，另一方面把浆通过流浆板均匀地溜至毛布上。毛布运转中真空箱真空吸附毛布上的料层水份逐步减少至要求，通过成型筒形成科柸达设定厚度+成型筒机械或气动出刀，把板柸送至下道工序。

Function: the bucket slurry storing machine transports slurry to fullbox, which stirs to prevent sediment of slurry and spreads slurry on felt. Vacuum chamber sucks material on felt during turning of felt, when water content and the thickness of blank reaches the standard ,they will be sent to the next process after being cut by mechanical and pneumatic blade on forming roller.
