塑料拖链节距大小影响哪些问题

1.谈谈塑料拖链运动时的声音问题，试验当中，在同种规格的情况之下，一般的是节距越大，在运动的时候所产生的声音就越大，而模具制造的节数越多，节距越小产生的声音就越小，对于机床的精度影响的也就越小；
2.在同种规格的尼龙拖链中，同种的一个长度范围内，节距越大，制作出来的拖链产品越不平直，两端上翘的越大（当然这点也和模具的生产质量也有一定的关系），在运动中产生的问题越大，而节距越小的情况下，拖链产品越平直，问题产生的越小。
3.在外观美观度上来说，越紧凑节距越小的产品外观美观度也是越好的！
