(1)产品概述
HQ-Al2O3 99% 高纯氧化铝刚玉瓷球是以工业氧化铝为主要原料,采用高纯超细Al2O3粉末,经成型和高温煅烧制成的。Al2O3大于99%,主晶体为刚玉相的瓷球。按其主要用途分A型和B型,A型是化工用刚玉瓷球,B型是蓄热用刚玉瓷球。主要应用于合成氨转化炉、甲醇合成塔、合成转化器、甲烷化炉、制氢、加氢转化器、异丙苯、苯乙烯装置中的反应器中的垫底、支撑、覆盖填料。主要持点是耐高温、强酸、强碱、机械强度高、耐磨、耐火度高等。HQ-Al2O3 99% high alumina ball is made from industrial alumina and processed by shaping and firing, which has two types according with main application, one is Chemical industry corundum ceramic balls (TYPE A), and the other is thermal storage corundum ceramic balls (TYPE B).It widely used as catalyst bed support media in refining, petrochemical and gas applications, where low silica content or high alumina is required. With characteristics of high hardness, high density, high crush strength, excellent thermal properties, etc.
