HQT环孔保护剂是在原惰性氧化铝开孔瓷球的基础上继续在其内部造孔，在瓷球的内表面中增加了20-30%具有吸附性能的结构孔隙，并通过外形设计成型加工成一、三、五或七个具有通直圆孔结构，或在球体的外表面对称地开设了四条环形沟槽，下凹的沟槽和突出的凸点大大地提高了球体的空隙体积和比表面积及外表面空隙率。产品主要应用于煤直接液化装置、煤制甲醇装置、煤基烯烃装置等煤化工、石油化工、天然气化工、冶炼、环保、化肥等相关工程装置中在净化器或反应器中作过滤净化、支撑覆盖用保护剂使用。
High efficiency HQT slotted & perforated protection agent is a new product developed on the basis of inert ceramic ball by increase 2030% pores on the inner surface and slotting for symmetrical slots on the sphere. Because of the concave slots and protrudent convexity, it can increase the free volume and surface area. The product can be used as filtration, supporting and covering material in reactors in oil refinery, natural gas, fertilizer, smelting and environmental protection industries.
