BT35防爆轴流风机,产品特点Features

1.产品由防爆电机、叶片、风筒等组成；
2.具有噪音低、能耗低、性能优等特性；
3.除作通风、排气之用，也可在较长的排气管道内间隔串联安装，提高管道内的压力；
4.电缆布线，钢管布线订货时需注明。

2.It`s in low noise, low consumption and perfect performance;
3.Besides being used for ventilating and exhausting, it also can be installed inserie with certain spaces to improve thepressure in pipe;

使用Applications

一、采用BT35防爆轴流风机，需在出风口中连接管道时，必须考虑与管道连接方式，以减少通风机的动压在接管段因扩散
而造成的损失。
When connecting the pipes to the outlet of the BT35 explosion-proof axial flow fan, take account of the connection wayto reduce the losswhich caused by dynamic pressure of ventilator in the a connected pipe.

1.当管道直径与通风机桶相等时，管道的扩散损失可忽略不计(如图1)；
2.当≤1.5时而管道长度小于管内径5～8倍时，可不加扩散器(如图2)；
3.当1.5≤＜2.5时，管道与通风机应安装如图所示型式之扩散器(如图3)；
4.当＞2.5时，管道与通风机应安装如图所示型式之扩散器(如图4)。
1.When the diameter of the pipe is equal to that of ventilator barrel, the lossof diffusion in pipecan be omitted(As shown in fig 1);
2.When ≤1.5and the pipe is 5~8 times shorter than the internal pipediameter,the diffuser can be unset(As shown in fig 2);
3.When 1.5≤＜2.5，the diffuser as shown in the diagram shall be fittedto the pipeand ventilator (As shown in fig 3);
4.When＞2.5，the diffuser as shown in the diagram shall be fitted to thepipe andventilator (As shown in fig 4).
