该机组自动化程度高，生产效率高，能使用户经济有效的回收大口径塑料废品、管材、板材及机头料。
单轴撕碎机由电机、硬齿面减速机、旋转刀轴、进口的动刀、定刀、机架、机座、箱体、油压缸、油泵等主要结构组成。
机架上装定刀、旋转刀轴上装有可卸式嵌入动刀，且动刀是一四角面可使用刀，用钝后拆下更换角度，经热处理后硬度达HRC600°以上，因此使用寿命久，切削能力强，产能高，有效的降低劳动强度，改善作业环境。

This shredder unit has a high degree of automation and high production efficiency .Users can recycle the large diameter plastic waste ,pipes and material economically and effectively by using this shredder .
The single-shaft shredder is composed of motor ,hardened reducer ,rotating knife shaft ,imported moving-knife , fixed knife ,rack ,engine base ,cabinet ,oil hydraulic cylinder ,oil pumps and other main structures .
The fixed knife is installed on the rack ,and the removable embedded knife is installed on the rotating knife shaft ,and the moving-knife can be used in one-four-edge surface ,and removed to change angle after it was getting blunt.
